Srinivas University, Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, Pandeshwar, Mangaluru organized 30th year of Annual Food festival HOG -2K22 on 30th of April 2022.DR. CA A. Raghavendra Rao Honorable Chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru and President A. Shama Rao Foundation presided over the function.The festival was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Peter Nirmal, General Manager, Taj Gateway Hotel, Mangaluru.Dr. A. Srinivas Rao, Honorable Pro-Chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru and Vice President, A. Shama Rao Foundation, Smt. A. Vijayalakshmi R Rao Trustee-Member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, Mangaluru, Prof. Er. A. Mitra S. Rao Trustee-Member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, Mangaluru, were the guest of honours on the occasion. The Annual food fest is being organised since 1992 to expose all the Hotel Management students to the intricacies and nitty gritties of event management. Students get to experience the various aspects like Sales & Marketing, Food Production, F&B Service, Purchasing and other Management skills. The programme was compered by Mr. Claran Frank Abreo of IV Semester student. Flaring & Juggling, Cultural program, Mouth watering delicacies were the highlights of the evening.
